We ate here early on a Saturday afternoon after the stiff walk across the island from Yung Shue Wan. I was really looking forward to visiting the Sok Kwu Wan restaurants and, after a walk up and down the street we decided to go to the Rainbow. There were 2 of us and we ordered the crab with honey and pepper, razor clams in black bean sauce and steamed fresh grouper. We also took some steamed ong choi, boiled rice and a Tsingtao beer. Everything was exquisetly fresh and full of fantastic flavour. Service was good with the waiter offering advise and helping serve our grouper when he saw us struggling. We had a table right next to the waters edge and the whole ambiance during the meal was very relaxing. This was the most expensive meal I had in HK but by far the best, frankly I don't know if I paid more by being European and I couldn't care less as the whole experience was well worth what we paid.
