Chinese cuisine has many vegetable dishes, but they usually are served its minced pork or shrimp or cooked in an animal oil, and though they are quite tasty, as one becomes a little more selective about what they put in their body it is nice to know there can be a style of Chinese cuisine that is purely vegetarian. The selection here was just as vast as any other Chinese restaurant. Some dishes resembled meat dishes without making you miss the meat. I have just recently gone for the first time, and would gladly go again.
