Ming Court Restaurant at Langham Place Hotel in Hong Kong is a very, very good restaurant and I believe it has two Michelin Stars - note 3 is the maximum. We had Dim Sum for lunch and all 5 courses were truly excellent.
I have given a 5/5 on food because we thoroughly enjoyed our selection, naturally with a little help from the staff! Value I have marked as 4/5, but only because some may feel it was expensive. It cost us HK$250 each including alcholic beverages, tax and tip. I had no problem with that as everything was spot-on including the service from the wait staff which I rated as a 5/5.
Atmosphere I have also marked as a 4/5. Our table faced inwards towards the hotel and was very nice. But, some of the tables on one side overlook the slums (my opinion) of HK. I appreciate that this is current reality and some may find this as OK with the HK experience, but this is why I live elsewhere and not in HK.
So, if you are a "foodie" and like Asian cuisine, the Ming Court is a must visit.
