Finding one Michelin star restaurant in a hotel is fun, but two is a bit much. This is one of the rare Michelin rated Chinese food restaurants in the world, and deservedly so. Excellent food, exquisite service, and an impressive wine-list make this an unmissable stop in any culinary tour of Hong Kong. We ordered the Beijing Duck in advance and this was inspired, as the crispy duck with delicate pancakes, and later, the minced duck with pine nuts in lettuce formed the centrepoint of the meal.
However nothing should be taken away from the kung pao prawns nor the honey flavoured pork we had as starters, nor the bird's nest dessert and icy mango which were a telling finale!
