Previous reviews have it spot on;
a little place, no indoor seating - outdoor standing yes. Signature pork dumplings unbelievably great: crispy on bottom, steamed on top & yes soup EXTREMELY hot inside 34HK$ for 4 pcs. Perfect
I’ll go again - wait not too bad 5 min max .

Imagine your regular xiao long bao that comes with 2 texture.

Soft and crispy.

Careful with the soup bursting out of the pan fried bun when you bite. OMG.

Served one serving with 4 buns. For first timer like me, eat plain, then with vinegar, then with chili sauce then finish the last bun with the vinegar and chili sauce.

Pan fried bun packed with flavourful soup and yummy pork inside. The place is a little corner shop, but you won’t miss it. There’s always people lining up out front.

It’s best to have it while it’s hot. Be careful with your first bite. The soup on the inside can explode and get everywhere easily. It can burn your tongue too. But every bite is tasty, I guarantee!

Very simple, nothing but a counter and a kitchen, but amazing. This shop is very basic, just a window and a small stainless counter where you can eat. We got the signature pork buns, 4 for 32 HKD (~$4), and the black truffle buns, 2 for 16 HKD (~$2). They both were excellent, but I preferred the signature. We didn’t get any soup here, but assuming it is the same broth they put in the buns, I bet it is great.

The combination of textures and great flavor was incredible! These dumplings are cooked close together in a pan so the bottom gets crispy, while the top steams. This gives the top the usual soft chewy flavor, while the bottom has a nice crunch. Inside each dumpling is a meatball or shrimp and a delicious broth. They do come out piping hot and are a bit tricky to eat, so be careful, and enjoy.
