For a restaurant named after a premium variety of beef, it is a little misleading. It doesn't specialise in Wagyu beef, nor is it particularly premium.
In fact, it's yet another typical noisy generic western restaurant in the upper LKF area. Food is not bad by any measure, but I certainly won't go out of my way for it as it is not particularly special compared to the other options available in Central. Service is professional and efficient, but that's as close one gets to a highlight.
Location is close enough to Central to be on the edge of convenient, depending on the weather - just about close enough to walk to when the weather permits, but too close to line up for a taxi. Main gripe would be that it's certainly not a very good choice for a high end business lunch - as other reviewers have noted, it is very noisy. Although we were seated by the wall, we had to practically shout at each other to be heard.
As a business lunch venue, it's not a good choice and as a tourist, there are many better choices to be had.
