“A leading example for most F&B establishments!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2013

This place is one of the best serviced restaurants which I have been too ever, I was blown away by the service provided by the staff. They are part of the attraction of going to the restaurant, and the innovation on little perks for patrons are simply outstanding. Cover for outwear, cleaning kit for glasses caused by fogging of glasses, zip lock for your phones, are just a few of the wonderful thoughtfulness. The food is very yummy when paired with the different broth available for the choosing along with the long line of sauces for accompanying your food. The only downside is the never ending lines waiting to go in.

“Worth the try”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 20, 2012

Try to go during non-peak time , or before 6pm. It will be a long wait during dinner time, especially on Friday and Saturday. We made a reservation on Saturday dinner, but we waited for 90minutes for our seats when we arrived. They will only give a 5 numbers in advance of walk in customers, if you make the reservation.

“Interesting dining experience”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2012

This is certainly a place where you have to throw yourself at the mercy of the staff to work your way through the hotpot dining experience if you have not done so before. We were initially sat a small plastic table and given some prawn crackers, etc before realising we were in a waiting area. Once shown to our table, we were fortunate enough to be handfed through the dining experience by a delightful young waitress who showed us through the world of hot pot as best she could. Yes, the yellow catfish are part of the hotpot and not something we ordered. Took a bet each way with one spicy and one mild. Surprisingly it was the vegetables that were winners in this eating environment, but the effective boiling of the meat and chicken was not quite as flavoursome. Enjoyed the experience and laughed at our own incompetence on our way through it, but not sure the hotpot is on the top of my Beijing eating experiences.
