Nice place to walk at night. Unique experience hearing the different speakers blaring different singing from each bar across the lakes. Most of the artists were not bad. Cute little shop called Kodo tucked amongst the madness.

Found this place by accident, its a small lake with loads of bars and restaurants on the edge, with a bridge in middle to connect it all. Loads people walkin round, taking pictures or sitting on top roof top bars watching the world pass buy, gonna go back at night and see what the atmosphere is like later! Very pretty even with the lake frozen!

When we visited Hou Hai, there was a diverse crowd from casual fisherman to clubhoppers. The restaurant scene was lots of fun. We sat on a second floor balcony near the bridge and enjoyed the passing crowds on foot in vehicles and on the many boats traveling through the area.
