I took the noodle making class when I found that the dinners were all booked. WHAT FUN! Making noodles with a cleaver! And dining on the fruits of our labors with new-made friends could not have been a better experience. We have all come home with the recipes and some Sichuan Peppercorns and our aprons to remind us of this totally lovely experience.
One couple in our group had been lucky enough to score dinner reservations and they couldn't say enough good things about it! DON'T MISS THIS EXPERIENCE in this wonderful hutong. Wandering around in the vegetable market before our class was just another delight to add to the day.
