“Free Shuttle to Airport T3 in 15 Mins is the Only Good Thing of this Hotel”
Reviewed May 10, 2012

I had a 8am flight to Japan at Capital Airport Terminal 3. This hotel provides morning call and free shuttle after 5am at 30 min interval. Advanced booking is required. The shuttle left on time and reached Terminal 3 in 15 mins. Beware that Terminal 3 is very large and some more time should be reserved for walking. Terminal 1 or 2 are distant from Terminal 3 and you should know this too.

Apart from the promixity to airport, this hotel has nothing good. Room raw and not so clean. Bathroom/toilet is simple and has a shower without curtain, so water splashed around. I came to this hotel from Beijing downtown by metro followed by taxi. Not so easy to find and there seems nothing in the neighbourhood.

We stayed here our last night in Beijing because we had an early flight the next morning. It was cheap, could handle four people in a room, and has a free airport shuttle.

That said, the carpets in our room were filthy and the beds were very hard (even by Chinese standards). The loud party in the next room didn't help either.

It's a decent option for one night as long as you don't expect much.

Had trouble finding our transfer bus at the airport but eventually found it with help from airport staff. We had downloaded a pic of the hotel before we left Australia just in case we had problems making ourselves understood. Nice foyer which is a little deceiving because the rooms are quite ordinary. Even though it was clean, it felt dirty because the decor and linens are very tired and old. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable - you could feel the springs. Threadbare carpet. Reasonable place for a transit overnight stay and close to the airport but I wouldn't want to stay longer. Only one girl at the front desk spoke extremely limited english which was a problem for communication, obviously. To get toilet paper in the room we resorted to doodling a pic on a piece of notepaper. Complimentary breakfast was noodles/rice.

We stayed at this hotel because we landed after midnight and it did not make sense to take 2 taxis to our hotel in Beijing - Novotel. The nights stay cost less than the taxi rides would have been and we saved a night's cost at the Novotel. There was a free shuttle. They had a sign with my name when I exited. We had to wait for a number of passengers which resulted in us waiting for 30 minutes. The hotel is 5 minutes after you leave the airport terminal. Staff are friendly but do not speak any English. Rooms were clean and functional and were suitable for our purposes. If you are in transit, have a late night or an early morning flight I would recommend them.

I reserved and accommodated this hotel in this weekend for waiting next early morning flight.
Room rate was about $26/a night and breakfast was not included.

The room, bed and bath were cleanup well and the bed was cozy, it was no problem for me.
There was a TV, an extra air-conditioner, electric hot-water pot, Towels, shampoos, teeth brush, slippers in the room. The bed is not something soft for those who are used to luxury ones in usual. You can buy some beers and bites in the hotel's store.

You could not hope pick-up service if the arrival is too late night (in fact I couldn't find the
picking-up person when I arrived at the airport in 1 A.M., in spite of sending the request but
they didn't give me the reply.) They seems to be difficult to understanding English.

This hotel is not so nearby the airport like many people write so in this word-of-mouth. You
can see Hilton and the other hotels on the way to this hotel. I can not recommend this hotel
for those who are accustomed to luxury hotels but it is very suitable for those who want
low-cost, clean room & bed, minimum service. It is more OK if you have a challenge battling with taxi driver that get ripped off the money.

I booked this one as it was close to the airport, and was glad of that because of the heavy fog the next morning which made public bus access slow. After booking I read the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean; staff were helpful; there was a shop by the front desk where I could buy fresh milk for my cup of tea. (Take your own gumboot tea with you). I had been two weeks in China already and all beds are hard. Get over it. The room was large, very nice, with a large clean bathroom and all the add ons of higher starred hotels (Toiletries, kettle, TV) etc. No complaints and heaps better than my central city Shanghai hotel which was the same price. Only problem: what phone number do you ring from the airport if you have not already organised the shuttle in advance. Unclear but airport staff very helpful and I got the shuttle ok.

Recently, while booking a trip to China with Delta Airlines, the service rep offered to book us a night at a hotel close to the Beijing airport for a quick layover night between flights. He recommended this hotel as an option, and as we hadn't researched airport hotels, simply agreed to spend the night there.
It IS close to the airport. Not closer than several other hotels, (I saw a Hilton on the drive.) The neighborhood looked a little sketchy as we drove through it on our way there, but who was I to judge, never having been in China before??
The lobby looked nice, and an Air China crew was checking in. Things looked great.
Then we got to our room. There was a hole in the wall. There were 4 hooks on a wall-the only place in the room to accommodate clothes. The beds were rock hard. To take a shower, you had to draw a shower curtain across the bathroom, and shower next to the toilet. But, as we only had 5 hours before returning to the airport and were dead tired, we stayed. I was creeped out enough that I checked the mattress for evidence of bedbugs, but found none.
Well, I was wrong. They were there, as evidenced in huge itchy lesions 24 hours later necessitating prescription topical and oral steroids. Not a stellar way to start a vacation,
STAY AWAY!!
