Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on tour in China.

Lovely lobby.
Our room was on the 4th floor.
Large room with comfy beds. LCD TV. No wifi in the room. But in the lobby wifi was free and fast.
There was a few English stations but reception was poor during our stay.
The room appeared clean but on further inspection my initial impressions changed, I dropped something under my bed and was horrified to find old tissue paper and used slippers under my bed. Clearly they don't clean under the beds.
The bath was large with a powerful hot shower but there was mold on the tiles.

The room had complimentary tea and coffee as well as toiletries.
There was a room safe and complimentary robe/slippers.

The room was very warm the AC wasn't working properly. Temp in the room was 27C at times and the windows couldn't open.
The hotel is located at a busy intersection and the noise from the traffic was a bit too much for us.

We asked to be moved and was placed in a room away from the busy street. The noise level was better but the AC struggled still. I asked my other travel companions and they also said that the AC was the same in their room.

The breakfast room was large and the selection of food was great.
U can have anything from traditional western dishes to oriental dishes. Breakfast was the best.

Had dinner on the first night, food wasn't bad but a bit pricey however.

Over the road from this hotel is a supermarket. Very reasonably priced items.

The staff was polite and even though they didn't speak much English they tried their best.
The staff is an asset to this hotel.

Not sure I would stay again unless the AC was fully functioning.

Room Tip: ASk for a room away from the main streets

Stayed here while touring china. Was a good quality hotel with extensive breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds and nice coffee and cakes served in the lobby. Would recommend without hesitation. Very busy road outside to cross to visit local supermarket so take care.

Stayed here twice during October 2012. On both occasions the room I got was clean, quiet and comfortable. Kettle was provided, with free tea, coffee and milk. Lots of goodies in the bathroom. Food in the restaurant was delicious.

Just two disappointments - no swimming pool, and more or less impossible to cross the busy main roads near the hotel to get to the local supermarket.

Room Tip: All the rooms were fine

Stayed here three nights, looks fantastic, breakfast good and room good size. However it was stifling in our room and the airconditioner did not work in our room or any of the other rooms according to our fellow travelling companions. Room temp was 27 degrees, it took three staff to open the window. One night it was either a howling gale or nothing as you needed the window opening team to return to shut the window. My shower recess was a network of black mould which stayed for the visit despite requests for it to be cleaned. The telephone fell off the wall unit. So if you are happy to put up with these minor(?) inconveniences.....the rooms are very large

I remember this hotel because of its Spa service. This hotel is a luxurious star business hotel. It can make you at ease while on business. Its three restaurants with different flavors to provide you with genuine and delicious foreign and domestic food, modern meeting and banquet facility to meet different demands of meetings and banquets.

As the tour goes on the hotels seem to get better. Huge room with a bathroom almost as big as some rooms we have stayed in before with plenty of hot water and all the other amenities require d.
A little dissapointed with the breakfast but that was probably because the previous hotel in Xian was very good. Good seating in the bar area although the bar staff were a little inadequate when asked for cocktails of the drinks list but overall a god impression.

Stayed as part of a tour of China. There always seems to be compromise - high quality hotels but not located in the best of places. Couldn't fault the room, breakfast or the look and feel. We sampled the bar but unfortunately the bar staff did not adhere to the no smoking rule and there was a large group of chinese business men who all smoked heavily and were overly noisy.
