We stayed for five nights at this luxury hotel. The staff - all English speakers - was attentive and genuinely interested in our stay at the hotel. I liked our bedroom and bathroom. Clean and modern - stylish. The hotel's views of Bejing were not much as Bejing was just a polluted mess.
We ate in the main basement restaurant on three evenings. On night one, the hotel had a buffet which was just OK. Lots of choices, just not our favorites. The next two nights, we ordered a la carte (no buffet offered) - excellent food quality. The breakfast buffet was good, also. The food is expensive and worth it.
The only concern was that the hotel has only three elevators and there were huge lines - as the hotel "filled up" with guests. Annoying, but the hotel sent employees to the elevators to help move/guide the added traffic.
Overall, this is probably Bejing's best hotel.
