Noisy, untidy, very cheap and a lot of fun. Better for lunch than dinner, they don't have dim sum trolleys — you order by the big photo plastic menu and they bring the dishes to you straight from the kitchen. We ate on the first floor, but may try the second or third floor next time. (The view is better from up there and it may be smarter.) The food is really very good and the bill will be modest unless you order some expensive tea by mistake.
