stayed at the hotel for 3 nights inthe second week of sept 2015.The hotel room and washroom layout was very comfortable. ample space to move around in the room. though the hotel is new the furnishing has already started showing signs of wear.the staff is cordial understand english and readily replenish tea and coffee pouches in the room. Additional toiletry was provided.I had forgotten my shaving kit which i realised early in the morning when the market had not opened. The staff at the reception helped me with a disposable razor. There is a carrefour in the same building which is well stocked.A Pizza Hut and KFC in the same building is of great help since the hotel restaurant closes very early in the night. A metro station on the Ground floor improves the connectivity.Across the road is another mall which has shopping options. On the whole a very fine location. The free breakfast has a variety of options both continental and chinese. The free wifi has good connectivity only in the lobby. To summarise i would summarize as A VALUE FOR MONEY STAY.

Room tip: choose higher floors to avoid traffic noise

I have stayed at this property 2 times in the past. I recently stayed there again in August for 2 separate visits and need to update the review. Since my last visit in 2012, there is now a subway stop directly in front of the hotel entrance. Due to the dramatic increase in Beijing traffic, this can really help in getting around the city. Although the subway is also crowded, it is still preferable to the traffic and the pollution on the street. Another plus, is the Capital Airport shuttle stop just around the corner from the hotel. It is in front of the Carefour shopping mall and his probably no more than 200 meters from the hotel entrance. If you arrive during shuttle operating hours, the cost will be 14rmb instead of about 70-75rmb for a taxi. I also need to mention that this hotel has a very decent breakfast buffet included with the room. The beds are western type and are comfortable. I will continue to stay at this hotel if I travel to Beijing in the future

Room tip: It is always best to stay higher up in Beijing to lessen the traffic noise

This HIE goes above and beyond what's needed to make guests feel welcome. Located near PEK and the old Olympic Park you can get most places quickly and easily via taxi or the subway right on the corner. This hotel is also conveniently located on a mall with lots of restaurants and shooing. Finally the Operations Manager here Mr. Ashlley Jiao is simply the nicest man and he and his staff will go above and beyond for you the guest!

I spent 5 nights at this hotel in Early December 2014. It is a newer hotel, but there is already considerable wear of furnishings. The hotel is connected to a small mall with restaurants and grocery store which is quite convenient. It seems like most of the patrons are Chinese middle management types. Breakfast is provided, but there isn't much for the Western palate. I was not too excited about the location. The nearest subway station was about a 25 minute walk away, but they were constructing a new subway line with a stop right outside the hotel. I don't know when it is due to open. The existing line that you can walk to requires 3 train changes to get to downtown Beijing. My biggest complaint was temperature control in the room. With the sun shining in the window in the late afternoon, the room would get very hot. The windows only open slightly and it was impossible to cool the room down. When I did open the window, it let in more noise (construction next door) than cool air. But at night the room would get very cold. There was a thermostat on the wall, but it did NOTHING. I asked them to come to the room to fix it twice, and a guy who spoke no English would get his tools out and pretend to do something and then close things up and smile and walk away. Whatever he did made no change. There was neither heating or cooling, and the temperature was down to 22F (-5C) outside at night. Finally after 4 days they brought in a portable electric heater that helped, but the room never got comfortable. My company secured this hotel for me, and if I had a choice I would never choose this hotel.

It was a good surprise. It is conveniently located close to a Supermarket and many restaurants, with easy access from the lobby. Wanging subway station is also close (around 800 meters). If you are going for business in the North East part of Beijing, it is a good place to be.

Room tip: Ask for a higher floor facing the back of the hotel. It will be less noisy.
