Be prepared to be greeted with Lamb's Marrow Soup smell when you enter. The hotel's restaurant faces the main entrance of hotel. Learnt from a friend that it belong to a chinese chain of hotel with more than 100 outlets strewned over China. From what I've observed, most of the guests are Chinese Nationals from other provinces.

Basic ammenities like toothbrush, comb are replaced daily. Rooms comes with an open concept wardrobe that;s just next to the main door. Most Chinese owned hotels have got extremely hard mattressed but Home Inn's still quite alright. Like the fact that each single bed have got 2 pillows. I always use the additional as a bolster.

What I dislike: The Pink flowery bedsheets. Breakfast is TERRIBLE and limited. Unless you are Chinese National and likes having cold vegetables dishes for breakfast. Toasts were sooo hard it tastes almost like stale bread. They don;t serve fork & spoons, you have to request for it and endure weird looks from other guests and staffs. I'm glad I I woke up after 9.30am the first 3 days and breakfast time is over.

What I like: The location. Nestled at one little corner near Xidan (Main Shopping District), just next to SOGO SHopping Mall. Subway's just 3 mins walk away. A cab ride to TianAnMen after midnight costs 22RMB without the peak hour jam. If you can't take the Chinese Food like me, there's always KFC around the corner.
