“Few animals”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

l was expecting to see many different kind of animals. The giraffes were marvelous. And the huge tortoise that we were told were imported from Mauratius l found nothing interesting to watch. The Hippos could barely be seen. The buffalos were no where to be seen.

“Nice little nature and animal Park”
Reviewed August 15, 2013

We went here for a few hours for something to do, you get a tour guide who shows you around, our guide was really helpful and interested and we fed some giant tortoises leaves, and also fed some giraffes, which was pretty cool, then could just walk around after yourselves. took some of our own snacks so not sure about food there, didn't see anything. But nice little park for a few hours, with reptiles, giraffes, which wander around and you can get quite close, crocs etc.

“Loved the overly priced concept”
Reviewed August 1, 2013

The transformation Haller Park underwent from a quarry to a nature park is impressive! However, if you've seen big animals on safari already and been to the National Museum in Nairobi, this is underwhelming and expensive to go into the park with a guide. Feeding the giraffes is the best part and that happens at 3 pm. I suspect you don't need to pay an entrance fee for that.

“Haller Park visit July 2013”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

Having been on Safari for 5 days which was fantastic we were looking forward to visiting Haller Park which had been recommended. The entrance fee was reasonably priced but once inside the park there is an additional cost for a guide who only shows you the main feeding attractions and then you are left to explore the park without a site map or guide; 9the site is not well signposted). The glass on the reptile cages was so dirty you could not see the reptiles and snakes.Part of the attraction is hand feeding giraffes, but again this is not free as you have to purchase the food. Not much to do when you have seen the feeding of the hippos, giraffes and crocodiles.I would not visit again unless the park was easier to navigate and all the charges were rolled into the entrance fee.
