The rented camp accommodations are lovely. Comfortable luxury, and the sounds of the birds and animals coming through the mesh-covered walls. I liked the morning wake-up call with coffee and tea delivered through a small pass-through in the wall of the tent. Food in the restaurant was always good and sometimes very good. Our guide was excellent. His knowledge of the animals and birds was phenomenal and really made the experience of being in the Mara exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this experience.

From the welcome to the farewell it was fantastic. loved every moment we spent at Kichwa and was too sad to leave. You need at least 3 days. The people are amazingly lovely and the service was excellent, the food was to die for and the restaurant, bar, shop and the views were beautiful. The game drives were great, saw everything we wanted to see on safari. The best ever place in Masai Mara.

You are defiantly a number in this camp. It has around 80 to 100 guests each day kept in a camp surrounded by electric fences. Tents are comfortable with bar and restaurant a nice place to hang out. Mass market places will have all dining buffet style. This camp has access to a private concession and the local public park. On our stay all the game was located in the public park and had to remain on roads most of the time. Also there will be trucks every ware in this park but sighting will be restricted to four trucks. This is not one of andBehyond nicer camps and every thing you ask for will be a charge, right down to a soft drink.

Excellent group visit with a range of activities and accommodation to suit everyone. A superb location in the Masai Mara with access to all the wildlife and experienced guides to get you there. Excellent add on photography trip and ballooning. Return in the evening to superb food and relaxing accommodation. Slept very well under canvas. The animals and the personal care of each staff member are what made it memorable.

Probably our favorite accommodation on our long safari. Super friendly staff! Upon arrival you are greeted by the manager who takes you for a drink. The tented accommodations are luxurious and right on the edge of the Masai Mara. The rooms are nicely decorated, have a large comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. And you will have the best view ever from a toilet in all your travels.

We were greeted in our room by Frankline who promised our room would always be as wonderful during our stay as it was upon check-in. The staff as stated were super friendly and extremely helpful. Your name is learned and the folks in the restaurant quickly learn what you like. The food is served buffet style and is excellent. The wait staff is quite helpful. We were served by Yagon who was great. I let the hotel know it was my wife's birthday and they responded with songs and a cake making it truly special. We had our own private guide so cannot say much about the hotel's safari service, but we did take a night game drive through the hotel which was wonderful.

The local Masai come in and put on dance performance every other day before dinner. There is also an excellent gift shop on sight which had unique souvenirs which were actually different from the standard souvenirs we say throughout the continent. When we checked out the staff was there to sing to us as we left. We were truly sad to leave and felt that this place was our home away from home.

The lodge is 5 minutes from the entrance to the Masai Mara so it is certainly convenient. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!!
