This interesting restaurant has an open kitchen...all the meats are done on a huge BBQ and the list of meat options is posted near to the door as you enter. The tables are mostly out in the garden area but all are under a canvas cover.
The meats are accompanied by various vegetables and salads.
The meats are brought by servers on large skewers and pieces are shaved off onto one's plate as they wish. An interesting variety of sauces are offered to accompany the various meat options....pork, beef, poultry, crocodile, ostrich, lamb, etc. The meat keeps coming until you put down the flag! Then dessert, coffee & tea are offered.
It was a unique and delicious experience!
