So, if you want to know what India feels like, come here. Be warned, you will get mauled by people wanting to sell you food, keep your composure, look at a menu that you might thinks is good - pass on it if you don't like it - find what you want and order it. Overall it is an experience and that isn't just the food!

A busy, hustling, food court with mediocre food and service. But chowpatty vegetarian restaurant is outstanding, some of the very best Indian food in town. Their mixed Bajias are excellent and the palak paneer is probably the best in nairobi. A fantastic range of sweet and savory food can be bought to take away at a small place at the entrance to the supermarket. This is also the place to come for pirated DVDs and dodgy electronics guaranteed to burn out or blow up on day 1.
