Supposedly a French restaurant, ex La Rustique. Great outdoor and indoor seating, lovely bread with butter and a marvelous desert (waffle with rum, chocolate, ice cream and banana, huge, sweet and tasty) is about all that this place can be wholeheartedly recommended for. The rest is just an average. Toilets not too clean or spacious, wifi unstable and useless (no one seemed to have known the password and it took them a half an hour to get it), prices not on the cheap end, drinks were over 200 KES, deserts really expensive, main course not worth the price - Caesar salad was tasteless and had nothing else but salad, up to five pieces of weird tasting chicken and some ground cheese on top and the tomato taste was too dominant in a vegetarian crepe. Issuing the bill took time because they could not issue a proper one, but just some hand written receipts with 7% tax (this is not convenient if you are having a business meeting there and you need to have your costs in the restaurant reimbursed by your company because the figures do not add up and you have to ask for clarification and another bill). In conclusion, I might indulge myself with another desert and a cup of coffee in the lovely garden, but I would never have a proper lunch there again. Staff reasonably kind and slow to get the bill.
