The mall has banks, a huge supermarket, a food hall, a couple of decent cafes, lots of interesting kids' activities during the holiday season and most importantly, an affordable 24hr emergency hospital service.
On Fridays and Saturdays there is a small Masai market. This market allows the tourist or visitor to browse the stalls without being hassled by nuisance hawkers trying to sell their wares. The goods are varied interesting and of great value.
The mall is great, you get free wifi, loads of parking, kids activities and a decent pizzeria. I wish it had a movie theatre, though.
The mall is a great place to stop over when visiting the local attractions in Karen, such as the Giraffe Center, Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen museum...
