Benson, our driver was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the various animals we saw and seemed to be concerned with maximizing our experience. We saw lots of animals!!! Unfortunately, because of the time of the year, we saw no 'great migrations', so if that's important, do your research. We also did an optional lake boat ride after the safari. The downside would be the long drive, especially the last 2.5 hours on the bone-jarring unpaved road.
The Sopa lodge was nothing fancy but comfortable. The food was good overall. We did find a fly in the juice from the dispenser and the staff did nothing about it when we told them.
Beware of persistent locals trying to sell you stuff at the park entrance.
Sylvester's communications (emails) were very clear and concise. Very professional and timely. I sent all the money up front with no issues.
