Lord Errol is one of those restaurants in Nairobi that has kept it's name and legacy through the decades, I used to come here back in the 90s and it was good then. It's still just as good. The staff are well trained and very courteous. The dishes are made well, presented well and taste delicious. They make the simple stuff really well too, like French fries, risotto etc. This time I had the osso bucco and the meat was falling of the bone and very flavourful. The beef tartare is probably the best in the country.
The crepe suzette we ordered had a tad too much alcohol in it.
My only other issue is that they close the kitchen quite early, even on the weekends. Other than that, this place has not disappointed us yet.
