“Lifting a Crocodile ....!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 11, 2014

Its All about Crocodile, however u can also get to see some tortoise and ostrich. Nominal fee of 800Ksh or around 10$ per person, however the staff is good who explained everything in details about the place crocodiles, also got the chance to lift a crocodile and Tortoise ,if you are brave enough they will let you lift the crocodile in your hand, missed the feeding time however will surely like to visit again when crocodiles are getting feed. Nice restaurant near by but couldn't get to eat anything so no comments on food and quality of it, however had Beer(Tusker) which is anytime good. Good to go place worth visiting.

“Service has to be improved”

They have feeding time. Restrant service is terrible. You can only go when you have plenty of time. Mombasa Mamba Village is more interesting if you really want to see many crocks.

“Mamba Village”

If you are interested in crocodiles then a visit here is well worth while. Although the place is a little run down the crocs are taken care of and lead easy lives. We had a guide called Lennard who was fantastic! If he shows you round then you will be in for a croc lesson. He was reeling off interesting croc facts like there was no tomorrow. You get to see the adult, teenage, and lastly baby crocs. You can hold a baby one and it is great to be able to see one so close up. They also have tortoise and ostrich there. There is a play park for kids which is a little rustic. If you want lunch then there is a nice restaurant there, about 800ksh for a main meal. They feed the crocs on a Sunday afternoon at half 4 if you want to see that. It is about 1000ksh for an non resident, much cheaper for residents.

“Good Price for Locals”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 5, 2013

Had taken couple of my friends and wife there, and found a staggering difference in price! It is over priced for sure if you are a tourist, but for a Kenyan, the pricing is very reasonable. The scenery is good too, have some big crocs & baby ones to view..

Restaurant was not bad either. Nice spacious grounds
