For me as a European, Ethiopian cusine was a first-time experience. Although the food I ordered - fish that came finely hashed and in a yet unexperienced hot flavor, I really liked it very much. Of course, the quantity was too much for me, as I came to get used to in Africa. For people who really like to try food that is new to them a real great experience!
