Yes, the walls could need some paint. BUT the rooms are clean, almost for free and the staff / vibe in the house makes up for that totally.
They can arrange almost everything you need for your personal trips in and around Luxor. If you wish they will prepare dinner for you which you will have together with the employees of the house and the other guests. Very good way to get to know other people easily. Even a trip together to some local bars or just a sundowner Stella beer on the rooftop is just a single request away ;-)
Feels more like friendship than guest ;-)
P.S.: Location is superb as well - a little noisy though.
