We went to Georgina's for the first time last year (2011) with a local friend Yousef. We were the only people in the place (due to the lack of tourists post-revolution) but we didnt feel out of place at all. The food was delicious and the only thing I would say is that there was so much of it, we did feel guilty about not being able to eat it all. The staff were so friendly and knowing that I like arabic dancing and music, they changed the CD and started to dance in their baladi style (local dance style) which was fantastic. The chef came out to meet us and say hi and after photographs were taken, we had to roll ourselves out of the restaurant as we were so full! The localtion of this place may put you off but trust me, its a great place to eat in the heart of Luxor! Go and see for yourselves.
