As we were staying in the lovely Nile Palace Hotel we chose to eat here on our first evening because we were tired. The service is pretty good, albeit a little claustrophobic. The food is acceptable but nothing special. I have certainly had better for the same price in local Lebanese diners back home. It's really nothing special but it fulfils a need. Luxor doesn't seem to me to offer much in the way of genuine Arab-based food (even the local venues are quite westernised) and this food does taste quite like it should but it's somewhat limited. You can get the same for a similar price in your local Moroccan, Lebanese or Turkish eatery.
