Clean hotel with very spacious rooms, although the shower wasn't in very good condition. We were given a balcony which looked out onto the street which was in a good location being near the Nile and the Bazaar. We stayed here for two nights and slept well although you may want to bring ear plugs as the air conditioning is very loud as well as the streets below. They also do food which is delivered to your room for a very reasonable price (around five Egyptians pounds for a large sandwich). The roof terrace was shaded with plenty of comfortable seats and a good place to read your book and have a drink - a great view of Aswan from up here. There is a pool but it was empty when we visited but it may be filled during busier seasons. Breakfast wasn't good, literally just bread, dairylea and eggs - best to go to the shop over the road and buy some food.
