Chili's is a South West famous chain in the U.S. that was brought to the Middle East over 20 years ago by a young successful entrepeneur who did well for himself in the real estate as well a food business. Chili's does not seem to have strong audit and higher standards such as McDonalds, Burger King or TGI Friday's that would make sure that their original home served recipies are maintained day in day out; year after year. Chili's in Egypt does not anymore serve the quality of food it used to provide on tables when it first opened. It is now part of a large chain of restarants in Egypt as well as the Middle East all under the same Egyptian based Company that has since opened many other food outlets offering other foods, from fish to italian as well as coffee shops etc. Chili's is not longer it's main bread and butter and it might be the only chain of stores that they have to pay royalties for. It is a shame that the standards as well as quality of food has not been maintained. Woudl not recommend unless you are with young children.
