Used this hotel as a base for 4 nights, covering 3 days of sightseeing in Cairo,Giza and surrounding area. Always a pleasure to return each night, a cold drink by the pool followed by dinner - either inside or poolside. Food of good quality, staff very helpfull. A very good buffet breakfast. This hotel is on the main road from Cairo / Giza to Alexandria - but you would not know it, the hotel and grounds are very quiet, but a long way from the centre, in fact not in walking distance of anything. About 20 minutes drive to main Pyramids, go with a guide/driver.

My husband and I stayed here 5 days, four nights throughout our tour in Egypt. We thought overall the experience was excellant. The food was better than most places we ate. They provide an ample free breakfast buffet. The italian restaurant was good, etc... The staff are very attentive. Yes, the rooms are a bit out dated, but for the price and the fact that you will not be spending your whole day here- it's perfect!
The tooms are clean and so are the grounds, so why spend so much money on other choices!

Room Tip: maybe stay in newer building verses a bungalo...

Stayed here as part of out tour ifor 2 nights. The pool was awesome and breakfast was really good. Only Wifi was a bit expensive at 20 LE for just half hour. Also it was quite close to the Giza pyramids

I am quite pleased w/ the hotel. It's clean everywhere, the surrounding has trees and landscapes, pool is big, the room is spacious enough. i really liked my stay here.

The only thing is that the restaurant does not employ enough waiters i guess so the wait time is long even when you want to sign on your bill.

their meals are big and i'm not ok w/ that coz i don't like wasting food. So immediately i tell them to take the extra bread or salad for example. The desserts are too sweet for me i couldn't bare to finish.

The computer area though is just in the open at the lobby and almost next to the hotel taxi desk and the guy smokes, i guess it's a smoking area after all.

But it's a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this place. Especially if you really have no plans of going around much w/in cairo. I used this hotel as home base as i also had to go to luxor and sharm el sheikh.

Room Tip: i like the rooms located just at the ground next to the landscapes instead of climbing up the stairs.

We stayed here as part of our On the Go Tour as we were visiting the pyramids the following day. The location was great and the swimming pool was nice but the rooms were very old fashioned and could do with bit of tlc. There are much nicer hotels like the Mecure close by that are worth the extra money
