“the best hotel till the last”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

Hi we have been travelling around Turkey and Egypt for the last 21 days and this hotel is one of the best that we have stayed in. The staff are excellent and very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are very spacious the swimming pool is one of the largest and attractive if you want to just laze around. It was the only hotel that had tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was good chef cooked fresh omelets with your choice of filling.

Been there for 6 days. Tourism has declined in 2013, and I sincerely hope it will pick up - how else could it be in such a lovely destination. Very friendly staff, I had at least one staff visit every day enquiring if everything was fine - and it was. Upscale bungalow-style rooms, pretty large, opening up directly onto the lawn and the (huge!) pool. Large desk for doing real work if you need. Mobile/cell signal 5-bars. Wifi runs fast.

I was worried that the hotel is not downtown, but in the end it's just fine this way. It's pretty close to the pyramids, as well as other must-see places. You get the best of both worlds. Not being in the center of Cairo is actually a bonus: the air is much cleaner. The hotel is enclosed in a large and secure compound with a few restaurants, a spa, lawns, pools, palm trees, well, everything to make your stay pleasant for either business or leasure. Security is taken seriously, which is reassuring.

The level of cleanliness, and amenities, are world-class. Staff speaks rather good English, and is very attentive. Gee, I'm hard-pressed finding anything negative. Even pricing is excellent considering what you get, so IMO the Pyramid Park is a better pick than other branded hotels, which are overpriced.

My trip was a mix of business and visiting. Will I come back? Certainly.

Room Tip: Pick a room that opens directly on the lawn and pool.

A very nice hotel at a great rate. Pool was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean and well looked after, breakfast was good. I was a single female staying alone but felt relaxed and comfortable.

We visited the Pyramids Park in February and found it to be amazingly relaxing, like a resort in Maui or Hawaii. This in itself is incredible considering that it is crazy, loud, crowded Cairo. The rooms are well put together, food great, nice pool, etc, and it is very close to the Giza pyramids.

Located in Giza area few minutes from one of the most famous world's wonders, the pyramids, the resort is a real sanctuary that provides peaceful environment. Although the resort is relatively far from the city centre but this is by itself is an advantage in a big and crowded city like Cairo. The food is really great and the room service is really nice, I was children playing happily and adaults swimming and enjoying the sun. There are many halls that can take big events, and the number of the room can accumidate more than a thousand guest, This my second time in the resort and I think it will not be the last.

Room Tip: rooms near the main building saves time because the resort is big and children and old people might...

Stayed in this very large resort-type hotel for 3 nights in March 2013. I was in a tour group, which fortunately were given rooms in Block 5, away from the busy main road onto which the hotel fronts and where there is significant traffic noise. We arrived late one night, after the restaurant closed, but were left rather tired , dried out club sandwiches in our rooms to eat. The morning revealed attractive and very spacious grounds with an enormous swimming pool, but this was only half full of very dirty water. (To be fair, it was beginning to be cleaned and filled). The rooms themselves were rather dusty and unkempt, and the bathroom could have been cleaner, but the air conditioning was effective and the in -oom safe worked. Curiiously, given the size of the hotel, there was no convenience shop, just a rather tawdry souvenir shop and more expensive jewellers. There was, however, a functioning ATM. All the restaurantt food was buffet type - plentiful, but rather boring. Breakfast juices were of the squash variety and all the bread very sweet. There were lots of staff throughout the hotel, though they tended to ignore the guests, who rattled around in the vastness of the place. The hotel is reasonably well-placed to visit the pyramids, but a long way - along very congested roads - from central Cairo

Room Tip: Make sure you stay in one of the blocks well away from the main road
