Hotel rooms are very modern and big.hotel restaurants variety is an other good point.
Very near to airport.just 15 minutes.if you think the traffic problem in Cairo, it is big advantage.
Only time to time you can face some service problem.but all stuff have good intention ,they try to solve your problem.also stuff are always polite.I advice everybody to stay at this hotel, if hellipolis is
Good location for you.

I went with my wife for a get away without the children for a week. Pros. It has what a hotel in this class offers. The gym is great. The many restaurants, cafes etc... in the lobby is fun. Cons. Cable tv in ARABIC most of it. No movies on demand ( at least in my room) Close to the air port and a big new shopping center.

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad that you’ve enjoyed your stay at Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers, and that you liked our lobby, fitness center and diverse cuisines. Regarding your concern about the in room TV channels, we do offer cannels in Arabic, English, French and Italian. Unfortunately we don’t offer any on demand movies but we do have several movies at our reception from which you can pick a movie to play in the room on the dvd/cd player.

I booked at the tower this time. The shuttle bus was waiting as usual at the airport to pick up all guests. Very polite staff. Then arrived at the hotel within 10 minutes, checking in at the tower wasnice and fast with no waiting period. The standard room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom had all what I needed, slippers, bath robe etc.. I got hungry so I went downstairs to find a restaurant and they were many. Prices are on the very high side compared to the egyptian standard of living moreover quantities were tiny suitable for babies so I was not impressed. Tried many restaurants but they were all the same, ridiculously expensive and tiny portions. As fr the location, it is very far from the pyramids area and about 45 minutes by car from downtown.
Metered taxi s are easy to find with the help of the concierge team and their prices were reasonable. (1-$4)
I had a problem with the shower and called the maintenance, they came within minutes and fixed the problem. In general, it is a good experience and I would stay there again next time

Room Tip: Ask for a quite room away from the main street

I spent the night there on a trip to Cairo was absolutely wonderful backlit alabaster walls in the in the elevator beautiful rooms Tigerwood tiling and beautiful overlooking downtown Cairo.

Was worth the money to have a little bit of comfort in the middle of such depravity

We habe been in this hotel for a 2 days business trip. Location is good (close to the airport). Building is nice and fantastic entrance hall. Rooms were large and surprisingly clean. Large bathroom and excellent breakfast. Not rating as excellent because of spa, which structure is quite old and small.
