We had a great day, visiting the pyramids and getting to know a bit of Egyptian history.
Mina's tour guide, Dahlia was excellent- informative and passionate.
Thanks for a great day.

We were a couple traveling from Dubai to Cairo for literally 2 days. For a spontaneous trip with literally a 24 hour notice and a crazy detailed itinerary where we wanted to see literally EVERYTHING in Cairo, Mina and his beautiful team did a fantastic job! They not just accommodated our itinerary but also went an extra mile to give us a well rounded Egyptian experience including additional pitstops that we wanted to make for prayers in some of the famous mosques.

For the first day, my husband and I were picked up from the airport by Adel and guided through the rich history of Cairo by Dalia. Being certified Egyptologists, their knowledge on Egyptian History goes a long way in making your historical tours more meaningful. In fact I must say that it's vital you see Egypt with a certified Egyptologist, especially Dalia and Mina! Dalai went an extra mile to ensure we ate right and kept us safe in crowded areas especially. She said she'd be our mom on the trip and she did. 😂

On the first day we covered old Cairo which included its famous mosques, Coptic Cairo with its beautiful churches & synagogue, Salahuddin's Citadel, the Egyptian Museum followed by a Felucca sunset ride in the Nile with our very own boxes of Koshari that Adel bought for us to eat while on the boat!

The second day was our amazing trip with Mina to Giza Pyramids, Saqqara Pyramids, Memphis, some more mosques and finally the Khan el Khalili market. We had an awesome time learning about Egyptian history & actually feeling it ! Mina ensured we ended our trip with an awesome authentic Egyptian Dinner of Hamam (stuffed pigeons), Wara el Ainab (stuffed vine leaves), Fateer with date syrup & cheese, Aish Balad (Egyptian bread) with Hummus and Tamar Hindi (Tamarind juice). Being the foodies that we are, it was an enriching experience!

If you're planning a trip to Egypt, don't think twice. Mina will take care of everything! You will get more out of the trip than you ever expected!

We decided to go to Egypt last minute as we hadn't seen the sun in weeks at home. My husband did all the legwork and the kids and I enjoyed the fruits of his labors. After a long drive and long flights and delays we arrived to a patiently waiting Mina and driver, who got us safely to our hotel and settled in for a few hours of sleep before our touring the next day.

Mina took us to the Egyptian Museum and had wonderful history and stories to tell us as we looked at all the treasures. He was knowledgeable and thorough and answered our many questions!

The weather was unexpectedly cold and Mina didn't mind detouring back to the hotel so my daughter and I could get more layers before we went out some more. He also made it so we could buy little snacks and things through him (he would pay at the little kiosk) as we didn't have any Egyptian pounds. (we reimbursed all at the end). He even found us some Twinkies and surprised us with them as a little bedtime treat.

Not only did Mina arrange for us to visit with a family at the City of the Dead (we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the family who lived there), but we were lucky to be invite me to his family's home and were regaled with a traditional dinner of amazing soup, falafel, salad and more. Their graciousness and welcoming was a highlight of our visit. My husband asked a million questions and they patiently answered all of them ;)

When we went to Luxor we had a different guide and my 11 year old son said forlornly "I miss Mina".

Needless to say we were happy to go back to Cairo for our visit to the pyramids before our flight home. This was the best! Mina handled all of the tickets and gave us more great information while also taking amazing pictures for us to cherish.

We had a great laugh riding that camels out to the desert to take more fun pictures. Before we had to get to the airport, he took us

Mina is easy-going, kind and flexible and was great with my knowledge thirsty husband as well as our energetic (read: rule breaking) 11 year old son.

Now is a great time to visit Egypt and have Mina be your guide!

Mina is exactly what you want in a guide: organized, knowledgeable, kind, patient, flexible and above all just a great person. We spent one day touring without him (a mistake), and within two hours my teenagers were saying "Dad this sucks. I wish Mina was here." They were right. And by the way, he takes excellent photographs so just give your phones to him and let him do the work.

My trip to Egypt would not have been nearly as amazing if Mina hadn't been there to tell my family and I about the thousands of things he knew about Egypt and its history!
