Cairo Kitchen has a variety of food to chose from. I like that you can craft your koshari with different ingredients like brown rice. The salad bar has lots of side items. The date cake was tasty as well; it looked a bit dry, but was just right.
One note: I don't speak/understand a lot of Arabic and the guy taking the orders was speaking really fast in Arabic ... I ordered the rotisserie chicken and got a side of green beans. The chicken was 28 LE which is expensive for just chicken. I asked about it, but there was a language barrier. Seems the chicken comes with two sides, but no one told me that. They gave me a partial refund; meaning I only paid for the chicken. However, had I known, I would have preferred to have the two sides.
