Extra ticket is needed, +30.- LE and the same ticket allows the entry to the butchers tomb (Iruka-ptah). Both tombs are fantastic.
Colorful statues and wall paintings – absolutely worth the extra ticket! Also needs a guard, possibly find the “key-holder-chief-guard” to get in, because there are no signs or labels, that would tell, where to go, where to find the tombs. Guards will anyway hold their hands for tips, so make them work for it! :)
The twins, Niankhnum and Khumhotep – for me at least – are a bit suspicious: maybe they are the very first illustration of a(n accepted) gay-couple??? Anyway, here also very well preserved wall paintings and carvings to see. Colorful, vivid and lots of funny scenes: it used to be a hard work to tame down some bulls and/or ox; to make beautiful sculptures and again, scenes of fishing and hunting.
Absolutely worth the extra ticket!
