The sushi is great. Best value for money sushi in town.
Maadi branch offers many other Italian and american food, while zamalek offers sushi only.
Service is great, better book in weekends.

“Very nice and convenient”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 22, 2013 via mobile

Its my first time to visit Fuego, but it was highly recommended by my son for all sushi lovers, so we went together to the Zamalek branch. Food is nice menu has a lot of varieties, food is fresh, the place is clean, but a bit small, tables are unmovable with maximum 4 persons per table, so if you're a group more than four its not recommended. Service is good, but they need more training as I have to remind them to get me the chop sticks, then the soya then the tissue.

Regarding the prices they have menu items or All You Can Eat - Mon and Tues L.E. 160 any other days L.E.180 excluding taxes and service charge-.

Total experience is very satisfying and defiantly I will go again soon.

“THE SUSHI PLACE”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 12, 2013

been to the two places i know of in Cairo
in Zamalek location, the same consistent quality, the hot soup is soothing and the order didn't take much time for it to come, the down side is it's a bit small if you're into a large group, bu book ahead cause it can be crowded on weekends.

in Maadi, on the contrary has a large seating place, with nice booths if you're a couple seeking a little privacy.
good quality comparatively to others.
a very good place to go to

“Still good quality but going down a bit!!!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 5, 2013

Our family has eaten here several times. We love sushi!!! However, I must say that the quality seems to be decreasing a bit. Two visits ago, the rice was undercooked. Last visit, the sushi portions seemed smaller than usual. And there was inconsistency. I ordered a roll and it was really big. I ordered the same roll again, and it was smaller and thinner. I ordered the same roll again, and one of the ingredients was missing - the kiwi.

However, this is still very good sushi for Cairo. There is always lots of customers, so it means the fish has lots of quick turnover - no food has been sitting there for a long time.

I would recommend this place, but it's just not the same quality as 6 months ago. I also noticed they have new Thai food menu. But I haven't tried it. It seems a bit expensive for the Thai dishes.
