My husband, 6 year-old son and I stayed at this hotel because it was recommended as being cost friendly (We don't usually spend much time at the hotel other than for showering and sleeping) and close the Seoul Station/KTX Station. This was important as we enjoy using public transportation. The KTX (bullet train) arrives in Seoul Station and then you can walk to the hotel (or cab it if you have a lot of luggage; we travel in backpacks.) The remainder of the 4 days we could walk to various subway/metro stations (an bus if we wanted). The hotel will also call you a "foreigner only" cab. They speak English and will give you a card. The hotel will give you a card also so you can always get back to the hotel. The hotel also has a basement with food courts, coffee shops, convenient stores and parking. It has a spa and fitness center. There is a buffet with all you can drink wine/beer on the 25th floor also. We were upgraded to a suite for free. It had a king bed, twin for our son, TV, desk with computer, small fridge, water cooker, shower, closet, etc. The only drawback was the lack of wifi. You had to pay 18,000 won for internet in your room that was not wifi. The lobby has wifi for free tho. The price was right, the location was right, the amenities were almost right. Definitely recommended.

Hint: see the youtube video someone made. Check out hotels.com, priceline.com to see if you can get a better deal than I got on Orbitz. (I cannot vouch for these web sites, as I have not used them myself.) Directions: I took a train from Busan into Seoul Station. Tourist info said to take a taxi to hotel because easy to get lost. Cost 4500 won, worth it. The bus from hotel to airport costs about 15000 won. The commuter subway costs 5000 won from airport to Seoul Station, but you have to take the escalator about 4 stories to get to the street level. So you decide. The combination to the room safe is to enter 4 numbers; to open, enter the same 4 numbers. There are no instructions in English for the washer/dryer if you have one in your room, so ask the desk. Mine washed, but didn't dry, so I hung up the clothes and they dried overnight. Pros: the room was spacious (but there was no window in the bedroom), the fridge was spacious. Two bottles of water a day are complimentary. Tap water is good. Concierge is very good about directions. Krazee burger is next door, plus 2 minimarts. Fedex and post office are across the street. You can walk to Namdaemun market. City Hall subway entrance is 15 min walk away. Paris Baguette is near City Hall. One last thing, the subway announcement for City Hall sounds like 'shih-tzu', so pay attention to the stops.

We stayed one night, arriving via the Seoul train station. The hotel can be seen from the station and was less than 5 minutes to walking distance. We were upgraded to a suite (stayed on 19th floor) where we had 2 beds, a couch, huge bathroom and views. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke good English. We found the location to be ideal for reaching main attraction sites around Seoul, including Gyeongbokgung, Insadong, Cheonggye stream and N Seoul tower. Used the concierge luggage storage and airport shuttle services without problem. Highly recommend!
