The service was not good. Went in knowing that there was no room-service but did not realize they did not provide any amenities (shampoo, toothbrush, razor, etc.). Hotel was not cheap and was further nickel-and-dimed for basic needs. For example, I needed to leave a 20$ deposit to borrow an extremely bulky 20 pound power converter, and had to pay for all of my local calls. They only had wired-internet and had no internet cords longer than 0.5m. Very disappointed and will certainly never stay there again.

Well, I have to give you my reasonable opinion that I hope you to help you not to have a wrong decision.I care about the cleanliness a lot and this apartment is not as good as other serviced apartments where are near coex.

They clean twice per week and the quality would have been great if they clean well and maintain well in general.
I don't think this is cheap apartment but they don't clean professionally..
If you don't care about the cleanliness, then it's nice to stay. you can order food and they can deliver to your room, which is not possible to do at other hotel style serviced apartments.

Room is big enough to have family. but if you have baby under 3 years old, this is not the right place to come,because it's DIRTY if your cleanliness lever is high..
The insolation is not good that you can hear the car's noisy from outside.
At the kitchen, it looks ok, but when you touch washing machine or dish washer, drawers...etc which are pretty sticky that it seems they don't clean well in general, I don't want it perfect, but at least it should be the same level of the hotel how much you pay. This is the face of Gangnam and it should not be like this..
Location is OK, you have to walk 15minutes from the station Or just take a taxi.
To Coex, it costs around 3000Won.
There is no swimming pool, but there is small gym at the basement.

Let's be clear guys, it's not a hotel - this is suite residences with 4-star hotel services You got suite with completly furnished kitchen, bedroom, living room etc.
Upon your request there are room cleaning service and bunch of delivery options. BIG advantage is location - Apgujeong next door, all top night hot spots are right away on the block. Neighborhood is kinda lavish place with lots of top rated facilities, brand stores, fashion authorities and of course cars .... you can get even dozen of Enzo Ferraris by night or Lambos....or Porsches or else. Korean Beverly Hills like locals named it. True as it is.
