I stayed in twin bed room at this hotel. The hotel is okay.
Good things: updated rooms with a nice modern design, good service (they carry your bag for you, call taxi, help you with anything you want), 21st century technology in rooms (electric toilet seat, phone/remote to control everything in the room, new TV, etc.).
Not so good things: the room that I’ve got was very small.

That's a mighty nice professional photograph they have of the hotel. I'm here to say it doesn't look that beautiful. That said, it suited the purpose just fine - I needed a place that wasn't too expensive, wasn't too remote and had a free internet connection, which is exactly what they provided.

I found the front desk staff to be a bit... surly, but she got the job done. The bed was a bit stiff, but everyone has their preference. I failed to consider a power adapter, but got one on loan for a deposit of 1000 Won. So long as you're able to walk Apgujeong station is perfectly fine - I'm at a bit of a loss why some other reviews complain... it's a straight shot!

The area is a bit noisy, with some sort of club or other type late-night joint nearby. The walls are a bit thin as well, so doors slamming shut and the occasional slightly loud neighbors can be a disturbance.

All in all this was a fine place for me - I spent my time there just as you should in such an interesting town... sleeping.

I stayed this hotel for a week in 2011. It was reasonably priced and clean with internet connection. It is close to Apgujung area, but not a walking distance to anywhere, Kangnam station or KOEX. if you are new to Seoul and not a taxi or bus savvy, this is not the place for you.

My partner and I stayed at this business hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is situated close to Apgujeong station, about a straight 10 minute walk from exit #3. Easy to find. Hotel is on the left side. We booked a standard double through Agoda for about $80ish per night.

Room - clean, wall-mounted television (watch out for the porn channel), comfortable bed (harder than usual but I prefer this), bidet toilet, non-steamed mirror, good shower. Bring your own shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste as these items are only provided upon payment. In-room wifi connection was fast and never cut out. LAN cable is also provided.

Location - close to pubs, popular club "Annex", convenience stores, bakeries (love paris baguette), 24-7 cafes, restaurants (including korean bbq), 'rodeo street' and plastic surgery clinics. The hotel is located a few train stops away from all the hustle and bustle of Seoul.

Staff - most spoke english well, helpful, attentive and professional.

I stayed here for 5 nights for business trip. The room is small but very clean. The price is good and lots of pubs and restaurants around the area.
