Fortunately taxis are cheap in Seoul as this hotel is away from most of the attractions. It is a 10+ minute walk to the nearest metro station Jongno 5, and once on a train you usually need to change trains to go somewhere of importance.
Our room was a standard twin (double and single bed) and it was small. No wardrobe and only two coathangers on a hook. No drawers.
The bed was rock hard. After days of walking around Seoul, we wanted a good nights sleep but couldn't get it on our mattress.
The lobby staff spoke little or poor English.
We didn't try eating in the restaurant, which seemed to be open only infrequently.
However, the room was quiet, the bathroom good and big. Clean towels each day. The bathroom also had a steam sauna. The room was cleaned each day, but the sheets were not changed daily. Free broadband internet in each room was a big plus.
We needed to sleep with an open window as the centrally-controlled thermostat overheated the room. Family Mart right next door to the hotel was another plus. The TV in the room only had a couple of English speaking channels.
