I've eaten and smoked at Dubai numerous times over the last few years. Everything is a bit pricy, and they don't serve alcohol, but the staff is friendly, and the shisha is very good for Korea.
Their menu includes numerous grilled meats, including lamb and chicken, and they have other Middle Easter delicacies such as humous & tabouli. They also serve tea and arabian coffee.
It is a great place to go for a large group of people, as they have a lot of space, and many tables that can be put together. Just reserve in advance if you a medium to large group during eating hours.
The restaurant area is separated from the shisha area, so dinners don't have to inhale 2nd hand smoke.
