This is perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They know absolutely no English. Would you believe it, I asked the Room Service to send me a 'Spoon' and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was transferred to the Front Desk, who then transferred me elsewhere and so on. I was finally transferred to 5 different people, before I could make myself understood. Also, their staff is quite unhelpful: unresponsive at best, and rude at the worst. I don't think they know the meaning of what a 'guest' is. This is dramatically opposed to the Korean people who are helpful, kind and generally very nice. This hotel is all right for people who can converse in Korean, but not for the English speaking majority. Don't go here. As anyone who has travelled and stayed at a hotel the kind of hotel staff there is can make or break the quality of your stay. Also when you are away from home and at work, the last thing you need is to come back to a place where the people are unhelpful, disdainful, don't know your language and really couldn't care less.They make you feel as though they are doing you a favour by having you to stay.
