Modern, comfortable hotel. Rooms are large with modern design, good size bathroom. My room was overlooking the highway but very quiet at night. Easy access to public transport.Airport bus will stop infront of the hotel lobby.

Room Tip: High floors, away from the highway.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour, and it was the best of the whole bunch. With 3 people, the room was certainly too small with an extra rollaway bed in the room but would have been OK for two. The room, though, was clean and the bath was adequate.

We did not have a chance to explore the area, as we got in fairly late in the evening and had to be out early the next morning. We did not use the restaurant for breakfast, which was not included anyway. But we did have a good night's rest here.

The rooms were a bit small , the staff wwere nice but i think although every thing is clean and the service efficient , there is better value to be found , however i still enjoyed my stay , the buffet breakfast was very good .

For the price of this hotel, there should be some amenities included. Basic things like breakfast and free wifi. However, not here. You are even charged for the in-room internet connection. I stayed at a cheap layover hotel in Incheon at 1/3 of the price that provided breakfast and free internet. Staying at the Seoul Palace was a truly disappointing experience. I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to steer clear.

I stayed in the club level and loved this hotel. The room was small, but so thoughtfully put together. Everything that a business traveler (especially) could need seemed to be right at hand--a desk with ample plugs, wifi, decent lighting, a comfortable chair and footstool, an iPod dock for music, kettle for tea or coffee, etc. The bathroom was equally well laid out with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked all the light. The best part though was the food in the lounge, which while not extensive, was very tasty. The smoked salmon was some of the best I've ever eaten. Service was excellent. The location of the hotel was also good, as it was about a block to a major subway station (express bus terminal) and a mall.

The hotel itself is nice, with good interior and we were extremely happy with the nice buffet breakfast spread. The only thing ruined our stay was the wifi problem. We were supposed to be able to use wifi in the room for up to 10 devices (we only had 4 devices), but we kept having problem connecting to wifi for some devices. We had never encounter this kind of problem before when travelling. The hotel technician had to come in to our hotel room and figured it for almost 1 hour after we were so upset with the connection. Wifi is really important during our hotel stay, as we need to use it in the morning & evening.

This was our first hotel on our South Korea tour, and this was a nice and impressive to Seoul hotel quality. The bed, doona, pillows are so comfortable. The a/c runs quietly. The room is fresh, and spacious. The mood light settings are both handy and fun: one setting lights up the whole room, another sets it to a romantic mood, another dims it in time for bed time. And if you are in Seoul for the first time, watch out for the interesting and fun hand-free toilet :) ! The bath room and bed room are separated by a clear glass panel with a venetian blind. You can leave it open for those romantic moments, or close it for those private moments.

There are shops and restaurants near-by but it's no where as busy and exciting as Seoul downtown which is 20 min drive away.
