It was not too far of a drive to the hotel destination and the staffs were pleasant and professional. They all were sufficient in Japanese/English. The hotel room was clean and neat. We had a wonderful time shopping at the Myung Dong Shopping District which was just across the underpass from the hotel. During the Weekend the shopping areas are extremely crowed but there are some great looking knockoffs, if you are looking for a bargain you might some some items.

Right next to Myeong-dong, a very popular shopping area, my wife and daughter had no complain at all. There is an underground train station just 2 minutes walk away, so you could easily hopping from one shopping area to another, all you need is a underground train station map and a travel guide.
The room size of our Deluxe Twin is very comfortable considering this is a hotel in a metro area. By the way, you can take the airport bus no. 6015 at Incheon Airport, and get off at the last stop and the hotel is just 5 minutes walk across the road.

I stayed at this hotel 4 nights in July 2012. The hotel has an excellent location: on a main artery road, at the line 4 metro station, a lot of bus lines, near the myeongdong shopping area, 10 minutes walk from the Shinsegae elegant department store, 10 minutes walk to Seoul Plaza, city hall and Shila Hotel and shopping Center. I strolled one afternoon, and passed by several of Seoul's attractions (which I visited later): Myeongdong Cathedral, Cheonggyecheon canal, Tapgol Park, Jogyesa Buddhist temple, Insadong pedestrian area, Gwanghwamun Square, Deoksugung Palace, Seoul Station, Namdaemun Market, the cable car station to the N Seoul Tower in Namsan Park, and Namsangol Hanok restored Village. I suggest that you take the City Tour Bus which passes by these places, and others, to orient yourself (just $9). The stop is just in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are not terribly large, but comfortable. They provide a water heater (but no coffee or sugar) and 2 complimentary bottles of water. The service at the front desk was excellent, although their English is quite poor (a very common problem in Korea). The price is very reasonable. Breakfast is not included but it costs 14,000 Won (about $13, ask for a discount coupon at the front desk) and it is a very rich breakfast. There is no real lobby or other business facilities. WiFi is free in the rooms.
I recommend this hotel if you are not looking for a very fancy hotel, with an impressive lobby, a swimming pool and spa, etc.

We only stayed here one night, but it was in a perfect location. The rooms were larger and better equipped than I had imagined and the staff spoke good English and were most helpful.
The down side of the two rooms we booked were that they were obviously smoking rooms, in future I would request non smoking rooms.
Good to have a kettle, air conditioning and amenities in the bathroom, altho there was no shampoo and check out is not til noon.

it is very easy to get a bus from the airport to almost outside the hotel - get bus 6015 - it is the last stop on the route, taking about 60-75 mins.

Firstly, I've to rave about Prince's location! It is strategically located outside exit 2 of Myeongdong station, and the Myeongdong shopping district is just across the hotel! The convenience stores, restaurants and cafes are littered all around the hotel; across, and on the street next to the hotel. Paris Baguette & Tous Les Jours (bakeries) are just opposite the hotel, so you don't have to go far to get breakfast. Also, the Namsan Cable Car is a 15-20 mins hike up some pretty steep slopes from the hotel.

My family of four hopped onto a cab from the airport to Prince Hotel. Thankfully, the building was prominent enough so locating the hotel was easy. For those who are taking the airport bus 6015 to the hotel, there's actually a traffic light/pedestrian crossing at the hotel entrance, so you don't have to lug your luggage up & down the underpass from Sejong Hotel. Cabs are also easy to get since there are usually a line of cabs waiting at the hotel entrance. The staff spoke satisfactory English, so communicating with them for directions, recommendations and, making transport arrangements were not difficult. The front staff were also very courteous! They would always greet you with a welcoming smile, and would rush to help you with the entrance door if you're carrying tons of shopping bags. The lobby is well-stocked with tons of Myeongdong maps, city tours, etc. but most are in Japanese.

The room we booked was the Corner Blue Twin, with an additional bed. We were expecting a slightly cramped room (since there were four of us), but it turned out to be reasonably roomy. We managed to peek into one of the other rooms (while the housekeeping lady was cleaning the rooms), and the smaller twin rooms seemed pretty tight on space. Anyway, the room was fairly clean, the beds were pretty comfy, the wifi worked great, and there were a couple of English & Mandarin channels on the tv. However, I noticed that they don't replenish the bottled mineral water daily, so we'd always have to go to the nearby GS25 to get our water.

Overall, my stay at Prince was great! I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're travelling in a group of three or four.

Room Tip: Get the corner rooms!

To open the closets I had to sit on the bed at just the right spot and even then it couldn't open fully. Any hotel does themselves a big diservice by trying to cram a bed into such a small space.
The hotel is well located and the staff are helpful, but the room is a big turnoff.

I stayed at this hotel from March 3rd to 6th in their blue twin room, I was in room 1004. The room has a single and a double bed and is of decent size. I booked this room through booking.com. The room has a great HD flatscreen TV, normal room amenities eg safe, wifi, green tea ( no coffee or English tea though), but please remember to bring your shampoo and body wash as they do not provide this in the room. My room rate did not come with breakfast. The bathroom has a bath tub and a glass shower and is of decent size.

This hotel is located right beside line 4 of the subway which can bring you to most Seoul sights. The Seoul Tower Cable car is a mere 10mins walk from the hotel. The friendly front desk staff can provide guide. However the walk to the cable car are not for those with prams or for the elderly as there are many steps and a steep alley.

Right beside the hotel is Paris Baguette which make fresh sandwiches and nice coffees, we had our breakfast at this cafe which costs about Won 18,000 for two almost everyday.

The best thing about this hotel is that Myeongdong is right across the hotel, Myeongdong is a shopping paradise. There are so many alleys and streets to explore. You can find most international brands here which include Zara, New Balance, Adidas, R Lauren. Lotte and Shinsage department stores are within walking distances.

At night the streets of Myeongdong comes alive with street vendors and their famous Korean street food. We also managed to sample the famous Korean Ginseng Chicken. This restaurant is located right of Laneige ( Korean Cosmetic) .

Subway line 4 will also take you to Dongdamon ( 4 stops ) - the famous 24 hours marketing heaven.

We did not take the Airport Limo Bus as we have big bags to carry and taxis are surprisingly cheap in Seoul ( not the black deluxe taxis).
The taxi fare with toll set us back Won 60,000.

Seoul is a nice city, but most sights needs loads of walking so if you plan to go please bring good walking shoes.

Room Tip: Try to get a room overlooking the Seoul Tower.
