stayed there during summer for 4 days. check-in process was smooth..staff explained about free wi-fi username & password, free mineral water every day & items that being charged if use.
forgot to ask for non-smoking room but we get a triple room with Namsan tower view.
I think room services were done twice a day as the room was kept clean each time we returned to our hotel.
we received token of appreciation as we don't request for new bed sheets.
location is excellent..can go for shopping then return to hotel if too tired. it is near convenient stores e.g. 7eleven & also bakery store Paris Baguette
however, the price is so expensive if you want to stay for a longer period.
I would prefer to stay in nearby guesthouses or other hotels who offer better rates.

Great location! Airport limo and subway entrance at doorstep means no need to lug baggages when arrival and departure, clean & good size room, very friendly and helpful hotel staff, many good & reasonably priced restaurants closeby. This is the hotel to stay if your main mission to Seoul is SHOP! This is as best as you can get for a 1st timer to Seoul. Seriously!

Airport limo bus stops directly on front of the hotel. Very convenient for first time Seoul visitors. Otherwise unimpressive hotel, not cheap especially without breakfast. Back exit of hotel leads directly to shopping and restaurants incl various options for breakfast.

The Sejong Hotel is a great choice, especially for people looking to take the airport limo bus from Incheon International to Sejong and back. The limo bus stops right in front of the hotel! With staff who are conversant in English (among other languages), comfortable and spacious rooms (with a nice of N Seoul Tower for some), and a location that can't be beat, the Sejong Hotel is certainly a good choice for tourists to Seoul. Only drawback is that it can be a little pricey. The hotel's restaurants are priced a fair bit higher than other establishments in the area, so I'd steer clear of those.

One of Sejong Hotel's biggest strengths is in how convenient its location is. In addition to the airport limo stop on the hotel's doorstep, there is also the fact that the hotel is located at Myeongdong, so for shopping, K-pop and eating, it's all covered. Ease of access to the subway and many tourist destinations such as Gyeongbokgung, Insadong and N Seoul Tower further strengthen this.

Cable channels and free Wifi ensure you don't get bored if it rains too heavily to go out, but then again, as mentioned earlier, the subway is really just steps away. The beds are really comfy and rather large too. Free toiletries are provided, as are complimentary bottles of mineral water. I could go on about loads other things, but in short, the Sejong Hotel was an excellent host, and I greatly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Good choice for first timers to Korea. Take the airport limo and stop directly infront of the hotel. This way you can avoid the costly cab fare when departing as well, knowing most tourists end up with heavy luggage due to shopping. The bell services team with special mention to their manager is the best team I have met with in my life. The front desk on the other hand is filled with snobbish agents which I find perplexing. Why join the service industry then? The rooms are immaculate and gives a warm and cosy feel. The immediate area of the hotel is a great district to begin your Seoul adventure.

The hotel is located at the edge of Myeongdong with great access to the main road and subway station (Exit 10) and it could be reach by taking airport bus 6015 (10000 won) from Incheon Airport. And it is extremely close to Myeongdong where all restaurant and cafes could be found.

That's a escalator right from the entrance to the upper floor where the front desk and lifts are located. Very convenient for guests with luggages. Checkin was very smooth and was allocated a triple room at the top most (15) floor. The room was decent, with a window overlooking Namsan Seoul Tower and it have shower and bathtub (a bit rusted).

Front desk and Information counter staffs were extremely friendly and fluent in English. Even the room keepers are very attentive to us.

Location: The hotel is situated at an area where many tourist is not far away. Closest being Namsan Seoul Tower, DongDaeMun, NanDaeMun, Gyeongbokgung, Gwanghwamun ...

Food: There are many food choices in Myeongdong, with a good mixture of spicy and non spicy food.
You can find Samgyupsal (Korean meat barbecue wrapped in vegetable) at the back of the hotel.
O'Sulloc Green Tea cafe in Myeongdong selling good Black Tea Cake rolls.
Generally the price of food for 3 person sharing portion should be around 30,000 to 45,000 won (restaurant and cafe)

Shopping: Needlessly, the hotel is situated in cross vicinity of popular shopping. Cosmetic and clothes is everywhere, lot of cheap bargain could be found. My friends had went for foot massage to have their feet massaged after long day of walking.

Bad points: Hotel pillows are too soft that resulted in neck pain in the morning, eventually we sleep using 2 pillows. Toothpaste and Toothbrush was chargeable, which most hotel gives it for free. I'm assuming that every items in the room are chargeable, expect for complimentary drink bottles. Internet WiFi was abit weak, and required us to login very often.

Tips: When travel in group 3-4 persons, its cheaper to take white, or orange taxi (not black coloured) for short distance. It is cheaper than each of persons taking subway which cost 1050won per person (regardless of distance).

Overall, we are very satisfied with this hotel for it helpfulness, friendliness and location. :)

This is the hotel that you must choose if you intend to stay in the shopping district of Myeondong.

The location is excellent, the rooms are of a good size. Cleanliness and Friendliness of the Service staff. It's a stone throw away from Myeondong MRT station and it's 5mins walk to Myeondong shopping district...

It's close proximity to Namdemun as well, either by train which is 1 stop away or 20mins walk.

The location is very central giving the tourist access to main tourist attraction. Hotel valued for $$$
