The limo bus that serves Incheon international airport to and from the center of Seoul has a designated stop and pick-up point right at the doorstep to this hotel. Very near the bus stop is the entrance/exit point of the subway, so there's really no problem touring Seoul the cheap way. Taxi's also pass by the hotel very frequently, so you have a variety of choices in your mode of transportation while in Seoul. A minute walk will take you to Myeong-dong shopping district and nearby is Insa-dong, Lotte Mall and Naemdaemon, all places that are great for shopping. The room in the hotel where I stayed should have been great except that broadband connectivity has to be paid. The buffet complementary breakfast has lots of choices so any nationality will have no problem having their stomachs filled in preparation of the days activities. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room tip: Rooms having a view of the N Seoul Tower should give you a relaxing way to witness the nightly light show of the tower while seeping cold beer.

I have no second thoughts about booking this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul -
1) the airport shuttle service (10000 Kwon) stops at its doorstep
2) there is a good kalbi restaurant next door
3) it is right in the Myeongdong shopping district
4) it has a quaint pocket garden in each room - nice touch

Location was good, with airport bus stopping at front door and short walking distance to subway and Myeongdong, making shopping super convenient ! Didn't mind the rooms too much, as I was there for one night only, though for that price the rooms should have been better.

Everyone should know that the union is on strike at this downtown hotel. They are protesting against the management on one large side of the lobby and it is extremely disruptive for guests. I did not stay here but I went to my friend's wedding on the 3rd floor. The labor union must have their reasons for using such heavy handed tactics but staying at this hotel can only be described as a nightmarish and frightening.Strikers enter into frequent fistfights with management and loud exchanges of profanities make you wonder how the management even thinks they should stay open let alone host weddings. If you have a reservation with the Sejong hotel, cancel it now and stay somewhere else, even if you have to pay a penalty. They should be shut down, at least until they can get there internal problems resolved. A travesty.
