Very flash. Fantastic bed, super comfy. We had dinner and Breakfast in the restaurant- it was superb, the food options were endless, and the views were fantastic from big windows that showed of the Seoul city. Service by all staff is measured and sincered.

As always the hotel is clean welcoming
Grate food although restaurants in the hotel are expensive and not worth the money
Spa incredible
The only unpleasant thing are the towels
Old and wareout
Always recommend this hotel when coming to Seoul

However regarding the towel, I have shared with this comment with housekeeping and the department is checking entire towel to replace anything does not fit for 5 star hotel.

I found this hotel on Tripadvisor and after much searching decided the stay. The price is very reasonable for Seoul and is close to main shopping and restaurant districts. I hadn't had a buffet for years but as we had a free night decided to try the "King's Restaurant" buffet. Bottom line it was fantastic. So overall the Grand Ambassador is a great place to stay.

Room Tip: Make sure wifi is included when you book
