Good location for COEX. However the hotel is under complete reconstruction until March next year. This mean no real lobby, Complex route to the lifts. Breakfast in a temporary place which is clearly a struggle to run up to standard and no bar for a drink or meeting place. Despite this the rates seem to suggest that they are a the regular quality level because they are very high. Of course nice to see Teddybears with “Bear with us” all over the place but if they really were concerned about the customers they should have significantly reduced the rates.
Staff were not unhelpful but mainly concerned with pointing you in the direction you should walk rather than supporting or escorting you there.
Definitely a place to avoid until they are finished.

Great place... Spectacular service, but you really pay for it...$50 got a buffet breakfast is beyond Four Seasons in most places... But... It's good. Access to Coex Mall & subway station good. If comfort is a major requirement. This place will satisfy!

Location.
Part of the Mall complex that is attached to the CALT terminus and the subway Samseong Exit 5\6.
Airport to hotel-Cheapest by Airex + subway Easy to use with small wheeled luggage on subway. Where there are steps there is usually an elevator.
Subway exit 6 connected by underground mall to hotel. Very confusing due to upgrade work closing off many routes. Head for Lucky 7 casino if you get lost as the signs to the IC are not always obvious. It’s a 10 minutes easy walk. Near to a Buddhist temple.
Nearby basement of Hyundai Department store has food court with free samples and supermarket for food and beer.

Wifi free in lobby. Wifi free in room for Plat members. Separate shower + bath
Free shaving kit, dental + shampoos. Free Water Dressing gowns\slippers\Iron + board.
Mini bar fridge-You can put your own stuff in here. TV Fox channel
Mcd’s, Burger king in the Mall + lots of other dining options
Overall a decent location for a Seoul trip.

I was there for 2 nights and it's was a pleasant stay. Many choice for a very good breakfast. I received an excellent service at the executive lounge as well. All the staff were very good, and i would like to recommended 2 employees especially who were very nice with us: Julia Lim at the lounge and Ashley Lee from guest Relation. I plan to return there when i will come back to Seoul.

Stayed here for 4 nights for business and I love the hotel. The room that I stayed in was a good size and most importantly it was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the Internet offered was a tad expensive at USD 25 per day. No complaints from me there as the speed was really good. Breakfast offered was the usual buffet.......good choice and quality. The gym at the hotel is just awesome. One of the best hotel gyms that I have ever been. Love the big glass windows and the view of the Korean temple as you are running on the treadmill. One of the most relaxing run I have had in a gym. The hotel is also conveniently located on top of a small shopping arcade with a duty free shop. If you feel like going for a quick plastic surgery, there is even a surgery in the arcade. I will be going back to the hotel for sure.

This is a really big hotel. The hotel is located next to the convention centre, above a large shopping centre and metro station, close to many restaurants. The rooms are what you expect from this chain: large, modern and well appointed. The pool is a little bit utilitarian - great for swimming but not really a place to hang out and relax. I do get annoyed at expensive hotels charging extra for internet. However internet is free in public areas. sometimes this meant buying a cocktail to be able to sit in the bar and access internet (15 dollars for internet in your room and no cocktail, or 15 dollars for cocktail in the bar with internet -- you choose!).
If you join the club level there is a happy hour with lots of food and alcohol. this seems a good option if you are going to be staying mostly in the hotel and not venturing out.
Breakfast was fantastic. great quality and enormous choice.

This is great place if you want to do business, because you will have unlimited dine options (I mean if you want to eat asian food) due to proximity to COEX and even some stops away from Gangnam.
The hotel itself is pretty standard for its level.
