Stayed there for 4 days for conference. Staff quite helpful. Room is clean. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. 5 minutes walk to subway station. Airport limousine bus stops right in front of hotel. Quite convenient bus service to Incheon Airport.

The room size is reasonable and the friendly staffs keep it clean. The room internet may be a bit slow at times (I don't know why). A short cab ride will take you to restaurants and your shopping needs. You can book this hotel at a great discounted prices on some travel sites. One inconvenient item to note is that if you take airport bus service to this hotel, they don't stop in front of the hotel. It stops in middle of a big road (bus station) and you have to struggle crossing the street with your luggage to get to the hotel. Otherwise, it is defintely worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

This hotel is older and tired. It really needs a facelift - badly. Rooms have not been updated for a very long time. Seems to be surviving on the BRAND NAME of BEST WESTERN and it's brisk catering business.

Breakfast was good - Service was good - INTERNET IS LOUSY - Bring a cord to connect - as wireless is really poor and frustrating.

Hotel does have currency exchange - and English speaker is always on duty.

Best honest advice??? If you can - try to get a room at the Lotte City Hotel - three blocks away. See my review.

Brand new - cheaper - and much better experience.

Right above metro - MAPO station. Exit 10.

Room Tip: Back of the hotel has a lousy view - but is much quieter.

i was made to stay here on a business trip. Though place is close to the subway, i find the room was quite narrow. the room is quite small and needs updating. The staff are quite helpful and ready to answer questions.

I stayed at this hotel as part of an education conference. The best thing about the hotel is the outstanding breakfast that was served. There was a wide variety of Western and Korean fare. It was all excellent. The staff was also very helpful and professional. The rooms, however, were a bit dated and some smelled a bit smoky. Overall this was a good experience, but the place needs some updating. There is no wifi in the rooms, but if you have a cable, you can connect directly through the box.

This hotel was much nicer than I imagined. I had a lovely city view of Mapo street on the lovely 11th floor. The Internet was free and worked great. The lobby was luxurious and the whole place spotlessly clean. I did not eat there, but the food looked good, and I walked to several good places for food. I will stay here again!

Room Tip: I liked being on a high floor for the view.

Hotel very close to subway, has many little restaurants around. Airport shuttle right at the gate. Rooms are a bit small, but clean enough. Front dest very helpful and friendly. Taxi drivers all know the hotel so it's always easy to get back there, otherwise it would be terrible for somone who does not speak Korean.
